Made from strong, lightweight cold-formed steel, this lever hoist chain boasts impressive impact resistance, ensuring a longer lifespan. Its compact design, coupled with a 360-degree handle rotation and short strokes, allows for quick ratcheting of loads with minimal effort.

The lever hoist chain is engineered for smooth and efficient operation. Chain guides facilitate smooth chain movement, and the single-hand “free chaining” feature offers simple and convenient operation in both vertical and horizontal positions. It comes standard with twin pawls and is suitable for fleeting or cross-hauling; for specialized applications, customers are encouraged to contact the technical department for further assistance.

Durability and safety are key features of our lever hoists. The load sprocket is equipped with a caged needle roller bearing as standard, and the product benefits from durable corrosion protection. Operator comfort and safety are enhanced with a specially designed rubber grip. Additionally, the hoist chain includes top and bottom hook housings with bolts and nylon nuts, making inspection straightforward. The forged upper and lower hooks are equipped with heavy-duty cast latches, and the hooks have overload marks to facilitate easy inspection for signs of distortion or misuse. The cast enlarged end ring and an optional overload limiter further ensure the product’s reliability and safety.
